We will sometimes have Cockatiels needing to find homes, this is usually either, helping someone find their Cockatiel(s) a new home, or if we have Cockatiels surrendered to us.
Cockatiels that are surrendered to us will be put into quarantine for 30 days, and during that time, they are taken to an Avian Vet for a wellness check, as well as have tests done for diseases. Depending on a few other things (such as behavior, diet, etc), if they are ready to be adopted, they will be placed up for adoption and found a new home. Potential adopters will be screened, and we are willing to help out in any way that we can possible when it comes to bird care, we also ask that we are kept updated on how they are going, and if for any reason the adopter can no longer keep the Cockatiel, we ask you return him/her to us.

Photo above: Luna, a Cockatiel that was literally dumped at our landlords door step.
Thankfully, our landlord knowing us being bird lovers, brought Luna over to us and we gave her a forever home with us..
